Steven Caporale is Founder and Training Broker of Boise Premier Real Estate. His passion is building a real estate brokerage that is relevant to today’s marketplace on both the Client and Agent sides. He has been licensed for 18 years, in four different states, with 10 of those years working in Private Equity & Corporate Real Estate. Steven majored in Real Estate/Construction Management at the University of Denver, where he was a full Hornbeck Scholar, and has taken hundreds of hours of Continuing Education including every ABR, GRI, CCIM, and New Home Specialist module courses. Steven has been licensed at the highest level (Designated or Managing Broker) since 1999. He has represented Buyers or Sellers on over 350 transactions and received numerous "Circle of Excellence" recognitions. 


Steven started his professional career in residential real estate sales at a large franchise where he was given the role of "Company Trainer" in his third year. While listing a national land developer's project, he was hired by that company to work in their "luxury home division". Here is where Steven amassed tens of millions of dollars in sales of luxury homes in some of the most exclusive enclaves the U.S. Two proud personal achievements include the sale of the "Highest-Priced Spec Home Sold in Colorado" at $6.85 million and the selling of an 18,340 square foot estate in Castle Pines Village.

Thanks to proper timing and a strong work ethic the projects in Colorado became a "stepping stone" to a position as Vice President of Corporate Services reporting to the Chairman & CEO of a New York City-based Billion Dollar Company. Over the next six years, Steven traveled hundreds of thousands of miles and worked on real estate projects in dozens of cities throughout North America. Steven has met, and personally shaken hands with, business leaders and celebrities alike. Bill Gates, Herb Allen, Derek Jeter, Sean Penn, John Elway, Jennifer Aniston, Harvey Weinstein, Regis Philben, Phil Mickelson, Tim McGraw & Faith Hill are his most memorable experiences. (Ask Steven about Sean Penn's "smoking habits" or John Elway's "baby blue Rolls Royce".)

Through these experiences he witnessed success at the highest level. He learned the same principles that make a great business apply to most everything else in life. Success is not by accident, and Steven knows which elements are critical to achieving success.

During his corporate experience, he was involved in the "turnaround" of a portfolio company. This time is one of Steven’s fondest professional memories as he was charged with assisting the marketing and public relations departments in a national “re-branding”. Here is where he worked with an elite ad agency/marketing firm in New York City and experienced first person the dynamics of proper organizational development, marketing strategy, web design, search engine optimization, and sales conversion methods. His team’s work was awarded one of the highest honors in the marketing world, an ADDY® award, and later became the overall design of the portfolio company’s entire branding. Steven uses his expertise in marketing to make sure his real estate clients receive the highest value.

Of all the places Steven visited, he always knew his heart was in Boise. Ten years ago, while visiting the state, he was “instantly captivated” by what he felt in Idaho. He feels there is no better place to raise a family and enjoy an "idyllic" lifestyle. He now lives and works in the place he adores, and is dedicated to building a locally-owned "boutique" business and the relationships it creates.
