Can I pretend to be the “authority” for a minute?
One question I have been asked over the years is “can you recommend a good residential investment book? Not a get rich, my-Dad-is-better-than-your-Dad book that has been oversold the last five years, but a how do I attract quality tenants and manage properties for maximum profit nuts and bolts type book.”
I recommend anything by David Lindahl. He’s an Amozon.com 4 times best seller and his personal story is rags to riches (a.k.a. the old fashioned way). He currently owns almost 9000 units around the U.S.
I’ve talked with Dave before – great guy and best advice I’ve ever heard on the subject of residential investment property.
(This is the first Dave Lindahl book I bought about 6 years ago. Loaned out and never returned…why is that?)
