We believe in the team approach. We are looking for a person to work as a “Buyer’s Agent Director” for the company owners team. This person will “own” and aggregate ALL the buyer leads from our 25+/- signs in yards and those buyers receiving info via the web. (Our raw buyer leads average 150 per month and are put through a two –step conversion.)
The position will eventually (soon) oversee a traditional “Buyer’s Agent” who will be responsible for the lower-priced Buyers, allowing you to work the premier deals. Your split will never be less than 60% and Boise Premier charges no monthly fees or other expenses. Focusing on one part of real estate makes an individual more successful.
Yes, we will train to the position. Experience is desired, but the most important characteristic is an Idaho Real Estate license, positive attitude, outstanding work ethic, and someone with a good “fit” to our group. Call to schedule a confidential interview and learn more.
