I take a phone call this afternoon. Guy on the other end has some questions about a specific property. I look up the property and give him my most professional and astute responses. We small talk a bit and he thanks me for the information.
I ask if he currently has his home for sale with an agent. He says “yes“. I ask if his agent has access to information and can help him with the specific property.
He says “Yes, but my agent never answers his phone“.
