New construction in Boise is back! And south of the freeway is a hot area! In our office we are trying to get SoBo (south Boise) to catch on.  Many of my clients are asking about Reflection Ridge, a brand new development thatwill be a great community. It is located two miles south of Overland off Locust Grove, almost exactly between the Eagle Road and Meridian Road exits off I-84.  This area is prime. You don’t have the hustle of north Meridian but you are still close to so much.  The community is 93 acres total and offers things like rock walls to help protect privacy, large parks and common areas, a community club house, and pool.

This subdivision is made up of 252 sculpted homesites on either 50’x160′ or 60’x160′ lots. This is a nice touch because that small change in size adds a visual diversity to the neighborhood making it look less “cookie cutter” – where virtually every lot and every home look the same. The builder team is made up of some quality builders with good reputations:Biltmore Co.Syringa Construction,Kevin Howell ConstructionTodd Campbell Custom Homes, and Zach Evans Construction.

I checked out some pictures on  their blog at ReflectionRidge-Idaho.com and I was pretty impressed with the homes that were in building stages already. Although they aren’t finished, you can tell they have some unique architectural aspects and that they’re going to be beautiful homes. There were also some pictures of the great views the neighborhood has to offer. A good view can be hard to find in Meridian and Reflection Ridge has them. Just one of the many reasons you should take a tour of the neighborhood and pick your spot early. Check out their website or contact me to get a tour of Meridian’s new hot spot, Reflection Ridge.
