Mortgage Rates in Boise Hit New Low!

30-Year Fixed Rates hit 3.63%

Dang...I don't even know what to say after having this be my like fifth or sixth post in a row saying "New All-Time Lows" for Mortgages.  It's crazy....I remember when rates dropped below 6% for the first time.  It was paramount to starting the real estate recovery at the time.

I talked to Sean Loveland, our preferred lender along with Grant Porter, and he said 30- Tyra rates for FHA, VA, and USDA are 3.25%, with NO loan discount points.

So, for anyone "on the fence " this answers one question. Yes, now is the time to buy.

I realize finding quality homes is a MAJOR challenge right now.  In talking with agents yesterday the buzz is Boise area housing inventory is at CRITICALLY LOW stages.    It's true, I have a few buyers myself with nothing to show them. Very frustrating!
