I need to give credit where credit is due. I had a buyer that was relocating from out of state, they had their home sold and after being pre approved for financing had an accepted offer on a beautiful new Berkeley Built home in Star Idaho. Everything was going great until it wasn’t. The bank they were pre approved with started to give us more and more lending conditions and asking for more time to close the loan. Time the buyers didn’t have unless they wanted to be homeless and time no builder would appreciate. After some digging it seemed that we were in trouble. We quickly interviewed other lenders for a plan B solution.
In comes Brian……within a couple days we had a firm approval and everything into underwriting. The transaction was not easy because the buyers are self employed and involved the sale of another home. Brian was very transparent and didn’t give us false hopes and promises; he went to bat and found program guidelines and ways to make the deal happen. He was able to go from a first meeting to loan documents in 2 and ½ weeks.
As a real estate agent I really appreciated the follow up and the prompt work, getting something done that fast is tough. I was very impressed and so were the happy buyers who can seamlessly move from their last home to their new home.
Brian Fullmer was born and raised in the Boise area. The first part of his college years he attended Idaho State University and then eventually transferred to Boise State University where he studied a degree in Finances. Early in 2006, Brian joined Affinity Mortgage Group as a Marketing Partner, while still in school. After realizing his strengths in the mortgage industry, Brian decided to make the transition to a career in Mortgage Planning in 2007.
When others were getting out of the industry due to the changes and the climate, Brian was just getting started, and thriving. Since then, Brian has been one of the top producing Mortgage Planners in the Northwest.
Brian married his wife Nicole in 2007 and they had a daughter together in 2010. Brian enjoys boating with his family, snowboarding, traveling, is an avid “foodie” and has an intense love for the NBA.
