Ada County is reporting that home values have increased by 15% in 2013, and based on the numbers thus far for 2014, it looks like we are experiencing the second consecutive year that residential property values are up.

New Construction has almost tripled in the last two years. Most of the new construction growth is happening in Meridian, Idaho. To give you an idea of what that looks like in numbers…. Last year’s new construction was $771.5 million and HALF of that was in Meridian!
