Brett is the Co-Founder of Boise Premier Real Estate and BoisePremier.com. He has lived in Boise nearly all of his life and loves the area; his first job was mowing lawns and delivering newspapers near Warm Springs Ave. He attended Roosevelt and Adams Elementary schools, North Jr. High, Boise High School, and graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Business Management in 2005. He has been a licensed Realtor in Idaho since 2003.

During his career Brett has been involved in many aspects of Real Estate from lot development, rehabbing properties, property management and moving homes from commercial to residential lots, with a broad education as an agent, investor, and brokerage owner. Brett enjoys traveling with his family, meeting new people, participating in events and helping to organize local favorites like The FM Challenge and The Dirty Dash.

Steven is the Co-Founder and Designated Broker of Boise Premier Real Estate. His passion is running a real estate brokerage that is relevant to today’s customers and landscape...and that is a business model that is "marketing heavy" and "tech appropriate". He has been licensed in real estate for 16 years and has been licensed at the highest level of authority, Managing Broker, since 1999. Steven has been licensed in Colorado, New York, and currently is licensed in Utah and Idaho. He is the co-author of the real estate training programs, Social Media Agents and 48-Day Agent Transformation.  Over  the years Steven has has taken hundreds of hours of additional education including ABR, GRI and every CCIM module.

As a personal investor himself, Mark is the "Investment Specialist" at Boise Premier Real Estate. After graduating from college Mark and his wife set out to find a place to begin their life together and raise a family. Neither Mark or his wife had ever been to Boise, but they had heard good things. So, they decided to come and visit for a few days to take a look. It did not take long for them to realize that with the kindness of the people and the many recreation opportunities that Idaho provides, that the Boise area is where they wanted to be. Mark is a licensed Journeyman Electrician and has worked in that field as a Project Manager for many years. Because of this he is very familiar with the construction process and quality of both residential and commercial real estate. Judit is a Top Producer at Boise Premier Real Estate. She was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary. The country that boasts one of the World’s most beautiful capital cities, Budapest (the “Pearl of the Danube”) whose wonderful panorama is on UNESCO’s World Heritage List because it is where 2000-year-old Roman ruins and 400-year-old Turkish monuments can be found. When Judit received her Masters Degree from the Agricultural University of Gödöllö, Hungary, she wanted to see the World. She worked in Cyprus and Turkey, and when she stepped on board the magnificent cruise ships of Holland America Cruise Line it was like a dream come true. Over the next six years she spent at sea, she traveled the world. When Judit moved to Idaho, she first worked as a travel agent sharing her "world traveler" experience before going into real estate. Judit is a tech savvy and leader in real estate digital and social media advertising. 

When she received her Real Estate License, she was awarded “Rookie of the Year Award” the first 12 months in the business. Know anyone who....Jason was raised a farm boy in Pingree, Idaho (outside of Blackfoot) where he learned his habits of being a hard worker.  He learned to raise cattle and chickens, and began driving tractors for potato harvest at the age of 14, when he also earned his Eagle Scout Award.  At 16, Jason began working at a metal fabrication shop and learned how to weld steel for farm equipment.  While growing up, Jason would buy/trade/sell things from sunglasses to computers- always trying to come out on top.  After graduating from Snake River High School, Jason earned his Bachelor’s in Technical Sales- a degree only offered at 6 different Universities across the country at the time.  This is where Jason defined who he was as a salesman, and learned the ins and outs of the trade.  He has worked in many different facets of sales ranging from small businesses to large corporations.  While at Weber State, Jason met and married the LOVE of his life, Brook.

Jason has worked in Real Estate since 2009, where he started as a sales consultant for one of the Valley's premier new home builders. Ron is the "Senior Citizen" of the brokerage. He has been around long enough to live in four foreign countries and eight states. He is adamant that Idaho is the best place to live. He relishes the fact that all his children and grandchildren live in and around the Boise area.

Ron is a wealth of experience. He served Boise citizens for 26 years as a Boise Police officer, working patrol, as the Training Officer, and as a School Resource Officer assigned to the Boise School District. Do you know anyone….who has been keeping an eye on the real estate industry and market for over 25 years waiting for her shot to join in on the “fun”.  Sandy has held several professional positions during her working career including insurance agent, travel agent, and Idaho State employee (suspending and reinstating driver’s licenses, among others). She has always enjoyed helping others. Her favorite type of work involves flexible hours and engaging with people on a one on one basis. 

She bought her first home 24 years ago and enjoys making a house a home of her own with remodeling projects, painting and gardening. She knows what is it like to move. She once moved to Carson City on a whim and stayed for two years, before deciding to get back to Idaho.  

Sandy was born in San Jose, California, but grew up in Boise.  She loves to spend time in Cascade and McCall in both the summer and winter playing with family and friends. Favorite activities include camping, biking, water sports, swimming, crocheting and sewing. Sandy once made up her own crochet pattern (way harder than it sounds). One of her greatest joys is watching her daughter and son interact with and raise their children. Another of her greatest joys after her children and grandchildren is her schnauzer, Lilly.
