Carpet Cleaning - Another Value Proposition from Boise Cribs

Just responded to an email from an investor who liked a particular foreclosure home, but couldn't seem to get over the picture of the living room. Actually, he couldn't get over (and I quote) the "grunge nasty " carpet in the living room. It was pretty dirty.

It was nice to be able to say, "Well, you know one of the values of working with Boise Cribs is the inclusion of professional, whole-home, carpet cleaning with the purchase of any home over 100K...oh, and we do it at our cost."
