Following a 20 year career with PepsiCo’s Restaurant Division, YUM Brands, Leslie became a licensed Idaho residential and short sale specialist in 2006. Transferrring the skills she had acquired over her career with Pepsi was a natural progression. Customer service is a priority in helping clients buy and sell their homes, as well as hospitality and sound investment decision counseling. Moving into real estate sales was a continuation of years of working with Pepsi on restaurant site acquisition and commercial lease negotiations, acting as a field consultant for franchisees and leading project teams from corporate headquarters.

Ms. Newman is active in the community, having been in the area since 1980. Along with her husband, Les Palmer, Leslie enjoys the outdoor Idaho lifestyle with friends and family, frequently participating in fundraising events to support public lands and natural resources of the state, as well as volunteer times with health-challenged members of the community.

Getting into the residential real estate industry in mid-2006, Leslie has adapted to the changing market conditions and built a successful business of working in the short sale and foreclosure market. She has assisted many families in negotiating the sale of their homes with Lenders and Buyers, using the knowledge and experience of many years of negotiating in the business world.

Serving the Boise, Idaho and Treasure Valley area, Leslie’s oriented strategies, marketing savvy, and organizational skills combine to provide an exceptional home buying or selling experience since 2006. When considering selling your home or purchasing one, Leslie will look forward to assisting you.
