Ryan brings a decade of experience in both commercial and residential real estate including joint venture partnerships, acquisitions, due diligence, and financing. He is the Managing Principal of Investment Analytics Group LLC a service firm working with high net worth individuals and sophisticated investors seeking real estate as their target investment. Prior to joining the company, he was the tax manager for one of the largest real estate investment companies in the US. In this position he gained a broad range of knowledge regarding tax and administrative compliance for tenant-in-common and LLC ownership structures. He currently manages investment groups owning real estate throughout the country for thousands of investors assisting in dispositions of distressed real estate.

Ryan also has experience working for international and regional public accounting firms specializing in high net worth individuals, 1031 exchanges, and real estate investment partnerships. He holds a Master’s of Science in Taxation from Boise State University.
