Amy began her career in the real estate world in 2013, starting in the mortgage industry, where she developed a strong understanding of the lending process and the critical details involved in bringing transactions to a successful close. She later became a Transaction Coordinator for a high-producing real estate team, gaining hands-on experience managing contracts, timelines, and communication across all parties. In 2016, Amy launched her own Transaction Coordination business, providing organized, detail-driven support to Idaho Realtors and earning a reputation for reliability and professionalism.

In 2020, while her husband was stationed in Washington with the U.S. Army, Amy became a Licensed Realtor in the state of Washington, expanding her role from behind-the-scenes expert to client-facing advocate. After moving back to Idaho in 2024, Amy decided it was the right time to bring her full range of experience home. As of May 2025, she is a Licensed Realtor in Idaho, combining her extensive transaction background with her passion for serving clients through every step of the real estate process. Outside of real estate, Amy enjoys life with her husband and two sons, caring for their homestead, and staying one step ahead of the animals that keep things lively.
