Realtor, builder, small business owner, non-profit guru/volunteer, project manager of all the things...I love everything about real estate! My husband and I bought our first fourplex to move into right after we got married in 2002. Real estate has always been a huge part of my families life. I have been a realtor since 2006 specializing in single family homes and investment properties. I started building homes and investment properties in 2012. My family also has projects going on in Omaha, Nebraska so I travel back and forth working on real estate and our build jobs in both locations. My philosophy as an agent and a builder is to create lifelong relationships with my clients. I build value in my relationships by being the expert that provides resources to assist my clients not only throughout their home buying/building process but also throughout the years that they remain in their home until they are ready to sell again. When I am not working on a new build or selling houses, I am spending time with my four kiddos, traveling, and enjoying the beach.
