Hey! My name is Grant!
From a young age I dreamed about building houses. I spent most of my time in school day dreaming about house designs and cool features. I loved going to open houses and quickly fell in love with houses.
During middle school my dad started his journey of becoming an appraiser. It never interested me because I just saw him sitting at a computer typing reports. I helped tape the photos onto the appraisal and put them in the right order before he hand delivered them to his clients. (Yes It’s been that long) After high school, he asked me to come help him sketch a large house he was appraising. This was the day my day dreaming became a reality. I started right away working with him after understanding how the appraisal process worked and 20+ years later I’m still appraising houses while living out my daydreaming as a kid. To date I’ve completed over 10,000 appraisals in the Treasure Valley. I love to share all I know and do it almost daily on my Instagram page. @thatappraiserguy
I’ve lived in Idaho most of my life with a couple years spent in sunny Arizona. I married my high school girlfriend in 2005 and we have 4 kids. We love to spend time together, camping, boating, playing games and laughing with each other. I love to coach soccer and currently coach a U16 boys team and U10 girls team. Both are extremely fun to coach and rewarding. I love playing basketball, soccer, golf and dunkball with all the neighborhood kids.
My love for houses and coaching has led me to become a Realtor. Being able to combine two things I’m passionate about and live them out daily makes the process fun for everyone!
