Hi friends! My name is Reagan Garrett. I’m a wife, a mom to two kids, and a self-proclaimed bean & cheese burrito connoisseur. A few things about me - I always have a Diet Dr. Pepper in hand, I can’t stand hot weather, I have two really chunky cats that I love too much, and I run a little home bakery on the side. Anyone that knows me well knows that I almost never show up anywhere without some baked goods in hand to help me spread some love around. If I’m not working or baking, I’m riding my bike, relaxing at home, reading, or sitting around a table with my loved ones somewhere in the Treasure Valley’s amazing food scene. I’ve lived in this beautiful, dynamic state since I was 8 years old, when my parents picked our family up from the Las Vegas suburbs and sought out a peaceful life in the quiet hills of Idaho Falls. I moved to the Treasure Valley in 2016 and fell in love with the culture and the community feel at first sight. In 2020, I quit my day job, married my middle school crush (score) and explored what I wanted to do for a career. My background is in marketing, where I’ve worked with other real estate agents, property photographers, pest control companies, healthcare offices, and more. Through my various connections to the industry, I found passion in real estate, and compassion for everyone struggling to become homeowners.

Like many, I’ve been a frustrated and confused person in an intimidating housing market, and I can’t begin to express the importance of having the right team on your side to help you take the vital first steps in becoming a homeowner. It is my belief that if you have a roof over your head, you’re winning, whether or not you own the house it covers. However, I will always be transparent and honest about the exclusive benefits and freedom that homeownership can offer, and help you along the roadmap to get there.
