What will a Buyer’s agent cost me, and What is a “Cash-flow Buyer’s Agent”?

Any decent real estate professional will actually make you more money on a net basis (my term; cash flow buyer’s agent) than is earned on their commission from your transaction. These are not just numbers I am pulling out of thin air, this is a statistical fact according to the NAR. This means a good agent will negotiate and protect you to a level as least equal to what they will be paid.  (Think about what a great agent does?)

You will not be charged any out-of-pocket fees in a typical real estate transaction, because the listing agent has already negotiated a fee for themselves payable by the seller at the time of closing.

Are you considering purchasing a home or thinking of investing in real estate?  Let’s talk about when the best time to buy is for you. Everyone’s answer is a little different.
