I take a phone call this afternoon. The Lady on the other end has some questions about a specific property. I look up the property and give her my most professional and cordial responses. We small talk a bit and she thanks me for the information.
I ask if she currently has her home for sale with an agent. She says “yes“. I ask if HER agent has access to information and can help her with the specific property.
She says “Yes, but my agent never answers his phone“.
