Brett is the Founder of BoisePremier.com. He has lived in Boise nearly all of his life; growing up in East Boise near the Old Penitentiary, Warm Springs Ave, and the Boise River. He attended Roosevelt and Adams Elementary schools, North Jr. High, Boise High School, and graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Business Management. He has been licensed as an Agent in Idaho since 2003.
During his career Brett has been involved in many aspects of Real Estate, with a broad education as both an agent and an investor. Some experiences include:
Small Lot Development – Researched and found homes/land in Boise City limits that was eligible for a “one-time split”. Through this experience, he learned how to work with the city through its entitlement, zoning, and planning processes.
Rehabbing Properties – Started in Real Estate by rehabbing and “flipping” properties, After locating and purchasing “bargains”, he performed cosmetic repairs and re-sold the properties. To date, Brett has completed 21 successfully re-habs or flips. It is one of his favorite aspects of Real Estate.
Property Management – He has professionally managed properties for himself and others ranging from single family homes to multi-plex units.
Moving Homes from Commercial to Residential Lots – Moved two homes to different building lots; one of them was moved from Meridian to Boise, and another was moved from Eagle to Nampa. These were some of the most difficult deals to put together because of all the moving parts; contractors, permits, city officials, HOAs, new Buyers, and the arranging of bank financing to make it all happen.
Brett enjoys outdoor activities, staying active in his community, and attending Boise State Football games with his family.
