CHIK-FIL-A IN BOISE AND MERIDIAN
Chick-fil-A plans to open three new restaurants in the Treasure Valley this year. The chicken sandwich chain hopes to open the franchises by October.
The first is planned for 535 N. Milwaukee St. in Boise. The second is planned for 300 S. Broadway Ave. in Boise. The third Chick-fil-A restaurant will be part of the Meridian Town Center lifestyle development now being built at Fairview Avenue and Eagle Road.
Chick-fil-A hopes to start construction around May. The company hasn’t chosen the franchise owners and is seeking candidates. Each store will hire about 50 employees, which is good for the local Boise and Meridian economy.
