Nordstrom Rack….and now Chipotle. Boise’s 2nd Tier Status is fading…
Boise has hit the BIG TIME!! This is near and dear to my heart. The first Chipotle in the world was on my college campus at The University of Denver. They are now over 11,000 stores. Thier CEO, Steve Ellis, use to be the guy in the single store who would put my order together when I’d go there about once a week in the college days. Good to see nice guys do finish first.
