I visited the Royal Plaza Condos tonight in downtown Boise on the corner of 11th and Main. Yes, they are as nice as the building picture here represents.

The complex is world class and has concierge service and a very impressive lobby. There is also access to a fitness center, meeting rooms and a rooftop deck, which has great 360 degree downtown Boise view.
