Do you have 300 Friends on Facebook? Do you have an Active Rain Profile and a few blog posts? If so, did you know there is a DEAL for you in the next 30 days…and a Deal every month thereafter?

Don’t believe me? Fine. Have the same results you did last year, while agents like me keep picking up leads way outside of my “sphere of influence”, “farm area” and everything else we have been taught.

Listen, I’m an “everyday” agent like you. I’ve been in the business 14 years and it was not until I changed the way I approached the marketplace that I experienced the results I was hoping for. I’ve literally been on Facebook and Active Rain for two months and I have pulled down Deals from both in that time.

Right Now is a great time to be in the real estate business! Competition is down and with digital media the opportunity to appear as a market leader is easier than ever. Technology has leveled the playing field. I don’t need a fancy office, nice business cards, and a fancy car. (Which I have.) I need an increased digital presence and automatic systems to lead generate and qualify today’s Buyers and Sellers.

Why should I chase them, when it takes as much effort to have them find me?

How would you like a Step-by-Step Plan that will make 2011 one of your best years in the Business? It’s the same system I use at my Brokerage to generate 100 unique visitors a day and 3-5 highly qualified leads a month. By the way…it’s not overly expensive to maintain technology like this as long as you have a computer and an internet connection. However, it will take some time to set up and maintain. But, when you compare it to the time you might be spending on newsletters, open houses, or a postcard campaign it’s 25 times the value.

I want to show you an actual “nuts and bolts” 10-day plan to on how to use facebook, AR Blog, and craigslist to get you connected and cultivating deals immediately. (I.e. closing in 3-6 weeks from today.) I want to show you how to do it yourself (which I recommend) or where to find the resources available that will do it for you for a reasonable fee. This will outline point by point and be relevant to the social media newbie or someone who has been on for a few years with limited success.

We all know social media is here to stay and at a minimum there are things you need to do to even stay relevant in the industry. The world has changed and our business has literally transformed in the past few years, and I’m not just talking about the sub-prime mess. I’m talking about how Buyers and Sellers find agents and what they expect in the process. Those agents who won’t embrace new technologies will continue to see their real estate business production fade out.

This originally-authored manual will be ready January 20th, 2010 and will include everything you need to increase your business by at least 30% in the next year. I’ll include the name and URL of every resource I use personally in my “new” day-to-day life as an agent. Yes, I’m preaching to the choir here on Active Rain, but I’m still amazed when I see people using free technology wrong.
